    General information about private accommodation

- Sojourn tax is not included in above prices. Customers are required to pay 1,00 €  for  the tax  per person per night.  Customers

  from the age of 12 to 18 have a 50% discount, while children under the age of 12 are exempt from paying. The guest is required to

  pay the amount of sojourn tax upon arrival.

- Insurance is not included in above prices. Customers are required to pay 0,50 € per person per night.

- Rates of single rooms are increased for an additional 30%.

- These rates are valid for the guests staying a minimum of 3 nights. If guests stay less than 3 nights these rates are increased for an

   additional 30%.

- Usual discounts for children in rooms: -  Till 2 years  = free of coast, without extra service

                                                   -  From 2 till 10 years = 50% off, if shares bed with another

                                                   -  From 2 till 10 years = 30% off, in separate bed

- DISTANCE FROM THE SEA: We offer accommodation maximum 1000 m. distanced from the sea.

 

- ROOMS / CATEGORY

         Three  stars      – a room (2-3 beds) with it own bathroom, air conditioner and TV

         Two  stars        – a room (2-3 beds) with WC & bathroom common with another room

 

- APARTMENTS & STUDIOS:

• Studio           02 * twin / double room with mini-kitchen + bathroom & toilet
• Apartment    021 * twin / double room + extra mini-kitchen + bathroom &toilet
• Studio           03 * triple  room with mini-kitchen + bathroom & toilet
• Apartment    031 * triple room + extra mini-kitchen + bathroom & toilet
• Apartment    041 * twin room + twin room with kitchen + bathroom & toilet
• Apartment    042 * two twin/double rooms + extra kitchnen with dining room + bathroom & toilet
• Apartment    051 * triple room + twin room with kitchen + bathroom & toilet
• Apartment    052 * twin / double room + triple room + kitchen with dining room + bathroom & toilet

 

         Three  stars     - apartments with previous marked standards with air conditioner and TV

         Two  stars         - apartments with ( minimum ) previous marked standards

 

         Notice:

         -Studio         - an apartment with only one room that stands for living-room, kitchen as well as for bedroom.

         -Apartment – an apartment in which the living-room & dining room are usually together and the kitchen

                          are separated from bedroom(s).

 

- ROOM & APARTMENT SERVICES (minimum standard):

• Clean and straighten up room or apartment weekly so as changing bed linen.

                                    

- RECEPTION ( Check in & check out procedure ):

• Every day (also Sunday ) from 8 a.m. till 10 p.m. in our Offices in Sveti Stefan, Budva or Petrovac
• Guests can start to use  room or apartment on the day of arrival after 12 a.m. & also have to leave room or apartment the last day of holiday before 9.00 a.m.

 

- PETS WITH GUESTS:

• Only on extra request with our special confirmation.
